I read in one of the coder diaries that the pdt files can be edited and changed and use open source on startup is this only found on the forum or will be added to the manual?

Yes they can, but your modified or new units will only work vs the A/I. If you want to use your modified or new units in a game vs a human, you will have to have them encrypted.

not interested in PBEM, just the A/I. Again is the instructions to do this in the manual?
