Oh yeah, that's right, it's +1.

The image below is from the expansion "In Defeat Defiance," which adds the British, Dutch and German paratroppers to the Heroes of the Blitzkrieg (France 1940) base game. Hopefully we will see these poor animals in a future computer expansion. By the way, Heroes of the Blitzkreig + In Defeat Defiance is a beautiful package, which adds cool things like assault boats and the Dutch Pantserwagen. Oh, and there's a British hero named Scuttle. Fred Scuttle, perhaps?

And yes, OCD grognards, I will clip those counters before playing.

Very neat. This game does have a certain panache. I hope they bust out some modules now that the base game is out.

BTW, I can hardly look at that counter with the shape of those corners. Its like a laundry room with clothes strewn about.

zoave, I can't tell if that's a picture of The People's Front of Judea, or the Campaign for a Free Galilee. I always get them confused :).

Nice one!

Seriously, when we presented the cow counter on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/LocknLoadPub)several people had a cow (so to speak) and cancelled their preorders for In Defeat Defiance, citing our calloused approach to bovines. I'm not making that up. Haters gotta hate.

If this is a British module, shouldn't those cows be 'mad' rather than dead?

Or perhaps they are just sleeping...
