In the Downfall scenario Clark Field shows up with a port capacity of 3(0) but I get a message cannot route task force inland when I try to send ships to it.
Is it a port and how can I access it?

With the stock map Clark is a port but in the extended map Subic Bay is added and Clark becomes an inland hex. Are you using the extended map?

I started playing Downfall as the Allied player. In one of the early moves I sent my battleships and heavy cruisers from Manila to Clark Field to get them out of the way. THEN I applied the fix for extended map. The admiral commanding the battleships TF got a nasty surprise! So did I.
