How can I add below load-out to an aircraft?

I think firstly shall find proper Add Mount, then select weapons from Add Weapons record , but i cant find stage-1.

empty loadout?? to add some weapons such as harpoon, question is that, empty loadout is not available in Add mount!!

I change my question as below:

Which Add-Mount ID shall be selected to have same as above picture loadout selection for any aircraft?? As I looked in popup menu of Add-Mount there was not any thing similar to loadout pack!!

We've honestly haven't implemented this yet and don't suggest loadout edits to aircraft. This is mostly due to the fact that along with just adding the weapons you have to change fuel values and things like that and lots of wacky things can happen.

If you have a real life aircraft loadout that we haven't implemented yet please let us know what is along with a citation and/or a picture.
