Status: offline 		Hi,

I clicked on "check for update" today and received this error message.
To get rid of it, I de-installed the game and reinstalled it.
After reinstallation, clicking on "check for update" doesn't yield an error message, only the prompt that the updater has to be restarted after downloading some files.

After restarting the updater again, the error message reappears.
Any ideas?

We don't control the updater code so they will be able to help you out better then us.

Status: offline 		it happens for everyone, most won't have noticed it as it only happens if you try and update the game, if you have the latest hotfix (2.03a)installed that is, if not you won't see the error until you update the game that is, it worked fine before the hotfix.

might as well wait for the next patch as i'm sure it will be fixed then, and we can always get it with a manual download

seems to be how the hotfix was made, can always debug if you want more info, but myself don't have the knowledge to understand what it means :)

Any news about this issue ?

Status: offline 		better to use the manual update and not the auto one as that works fine, or did for me any way, good luck

Status: offline 		yea the auto updater didn't work for me either, it doesn't about half the time now a days i just do the manual download and install.
