Is there a way to have the computer control zones/sub-theaters like there was in the original WiTP? I always liked the computer controlling the Chinese area for the most part so I could concentrate on everything else. Thanks in advance for any answer.

This is not possible in WITP:AE.

You can set up CS Convoys (superior to the Auto Convoy system though they do slightly different things), and set subs to computer control. That's it.
