Build 517

Woo first crash report. The game locked up during interception of cruise missiles from the russian SAG. Autosaves attached. I was unable to reproduce on autosave_20 with 5x time compression no-pulse mode.

Unable to replicate either crash in Build 520 (this is usually a good omen).
