Soviet squad reduced ID mismatch

For the elite soviet squads (unit ID #156,157,158,159) the "reduce ID#" for all four is 38. 38 is the reduce ID# for regular 1-4-4 squads. In addition there are 3 elite soviet half squad units(unit ID #160,161,162) that have no parent full squad.

I'm pretty sure this not how it was designed to be.
