Save Game attached.

Attempt to move any Hungary unit into Poland. It says that it would leave not enough minor country units in Hungary

Currently only 1 air unit is outside the country, while 4 land units are in the country.

NOTE: In this game, Poland is still not conquered and Hungary is trying to enter Eastern Poland, if that makes any difference.

At the moment, the beta test team temporarily can't restore saved games which are made with version 1.1.8.6 (we are one number down). I would have checked otherwise but:

1. Did the USSR claim Bessarabia and did Germany allow this claim?

If the answer is yes:

2. Did Germany allow Hungary and Bulgaria there claims on Rumanian territory after this?

If the answer is no:

Here is RAW:

If Germany denies their claims:
� Hungary stops supplying its resource to Germany until Hungary
aligns with Germany. Germany can declare Hungary aligned
with Germany during any Axis declaration of war step after
Germany has declared war on the USSR (not if the USSR
declares war on Germany). No more than 1 Hungarian unit can
ever be outside of Hungary;

So it might be correct that only 1 Hungarian unit may leave the country...

Please check?

Another question - Has Russia claimed Eastern Poland already? If so, Hungarian units can't enter Eastern Poland without a German DOW on Russia, and there are several bugs with minor units displaying incorrect messages for why they can't move out of their home country. It's possible that the Hungarian unit is correctly barred from entering Eastern Poland, but the text is the wrong prompt.

Great catch

Yeah hungarys claim was denied on Rumania. So looks like its one unit only. Kinda stinks

Good thinking. Only Rum units will be able to enter East Poland after the Russian claim on Eastern Poland before Ger/Rus war, and than only during fighting over Bessarabia. I wonder if German peace keepers are allowed to enter the East-Poland hexes Rum units entered first.
