I'm tinkering with a largish late-80's WW3 scenario, in which the Soviets are launching several huge bomber formations simultaneously against the continental US. The concept is to see how well NORAD would've worked against such an attack. At the moment, the initial build has the Soviet bombers holding off within their own airspace, while a SEAD strike force dashes in to take out air defences. The general-purpose bomber attack is scheduled to take place at 0300GMT. The scenario runs well enough until the Bears start launching Kent cruise missile at various targets, then crashes to desktop. Less than 20 missiles launched, and it crashes. Restart, autosave, crash to desktop.

Can someone please take a look at this and tell me what's going wrong?

Sorry NW. I've added added this to our list of things to look at.

Thanks, Dimitris fixed this one a couple days ago.

The scenario is running killingly slow because you've grouped mobile units. They now try to reposition themselves within the group, and use the overland navigator logics for the job. Overland navigation is quite CPU-intense. So delete the radar groups and leave the sites as individual units. Also make sure to set the 'stationary' flag so they don't move.

Would also recommend to use smaller patrol zones hehe, 3000x 3000nm is a bit... big...

Thanks again!
