Just scrolled around the map, was zooming in on a star System where a small Mechanoid Mining Post + Ships
was about to be visited by one of my Explorers, and bang nullpointer exception. Still running the beta 1951.

Me too! Just posted about it.

It seems that it occurs if I send my construction ship anywhere outside my home system...
It is equipped with a warp bubble and only has a range of 0.37. Maybe that is related.

Well I did a normal tech/Expansion start and my construction ships were already happily building 2 sectors out... so ist most likely not construction ship related.
