What is included for the extra $15? Besides a DVD, quick start guide and the box, is there anything else included? I'd be interested in getting it if there's a lengthy manual or some other stuff included.

Status: offline 		The boxed edition includes a DVD with the game on it and a 110 or so page printed manual.
