Sp Camo's version, to their credit, perform properly and correctly within my Windows 8.1 even seeming to have no overt mouse issues. Their releases though are based on the Steel Panthers 2 code where as the Steel Panthers World at War based release from Matrix Games uses the Steel Panthers 3 Brigade Combat code. And aside from knowing that, that is the limit of my knowledge of the code :) I likely would have walked away from SPWaW years ago, but years ago Matrix Games created the Mega Campaigns, and to be honest, without the Mega Campaigns, it is not really much of a program at all, especially in contrast to the SP Camo releases which run better and have just as much depth of 'stuff' to offer even if they do it their own flavouring. Currently, without the artillery being sorted out, my SPWaW install is wasting space on the system. I have no reason to understand why the arty screen works on the SP Camo releases, I can merely state, that it does. (I just looked).
