Hi, Guys.
i have two guetions.
my game version is 1.9.5.2

[One
Difficulty setting affect a war-weariness?
i set difficulty setting is a "Hard"
and my race is hakkonish. we are in long time war with ikkuro.
and gorvenment type is merchant guild.

my Current war-weariness is Rampant.
Ikkuro war-weariness is mid(4) and his gorverment type is monarchy
(i use game editor to see this state)
so can i see the big difference in war-weariness with empire that declare war when same time?
is general state?

ok, Ikkuro did't accept end war.

[Two

I ordered my troops transport fleet to load troops in fleet screen(f12).
after a little time, this fleet didn't load troops and even was assigned another mission.

ok, so i turn off fleet automation.
and re-order load troops.

however, this fleet load troops not well,
it's means don't have full troops versus full capacity.
this fleet "use troop loadout" state is that picture
how can i load troops very well? i don't know.

Different races and governments have modifiers to war weariness. I don't know how they are between Ikurro and Haakonish and mercantile and monarchy, but you can probably find it if interested.

A load order makes each ship in the fleet pick one location with troops to load. If that location only has 1 loadable troop, it loads it and is "done". This is what you saw.

What I may do (depending on circumstances) is to drop the empty transports from the fleet, and automate them. The AI will have automated ships load troops as long as there is a troop to load somewhere.

I then once in a while visit the ship list, and filter on troop carriers. Hopefully your cruisers and capital does not have a troop module to avoid noise in this list. Among the unfleeted transports, the ones without refuel or load orders are probably full. They may be distracted to attack something though. You can view the troop tab here, and quickly check the promising ones. Add them to the troop transport fleet.

This is also a decent spot to swiftly run through the fleeted transports and release and automate the ones that are empty or low. It beats clicking through them "in the wild" for sure.

In addition to what Bingling said, it at least used to be the case that a single 'load troops at ...' order would cause the transport fleet to only pick up troops according to its desired troop loadout (within limits depending on what kinds of troops you had access to - if you don't have armored vehicles researched but your transport setting is for 50% armor, it's not going to reserve any space for the armored vehicles despite the transport settings), and a subsequent order would just cause it to fill up the rest of the way with whatever it could find. I'm not sure if this is still the case, though, and it may be the case that a load order will now cause it to load up with something as close as it can get to the desired troop load and then fill up with whatever else is available at the loading location.

Further, units cannot be split across multiple transport ships. As a result, your transport fleet may list a different troop capacity than that which is actually available - three identical transports which together provide 300 transport capacity cannot carry 1 infantry unit and 1 armor unit, because each transport only provides 100 transport capacity and an armor unit requires 200 transport capacity on a single transport. Two transports each providing 260 transport capacity can carry 1 armor and 2 infantry units, 2 armor units, or 4 infantry units, but not two armor and 1 infantry units or 1 armor and 3 infantry units or 5 infantry units, despite the transports collectively providing 520 transport capacity. The transport cost of armor is 200 transport capacity, while the transport cost of infantry is 100 transport capacity. I am unsure of the transport capacity requirements of planetary defense units (although, judging from your screenshot, it should be in the neighborhood of 400 capacity per PDU) or special forces. Also be aware that the transport capacity division in the fleet screen is by total space dedicated to each type of ground unit rather than total number of units, so asking for 50% armor and 50% infantry will get you about 2 infantry and 1 armor per 400 space.

first I reference the youtube video by Ahura86.
6:00
this problem here and don't load a arm troops.
cpacity is 300/520 and although one arm troops can be loaded, don't load troops.

so, I try to solve this problem to use solution by Bingeling answer.
I make a troops transport. and keep in unfleet.
and the set the option to that.

There are two loadouts at work. The single ship one shown may be annoying when they move around of their own. But if fleeted, there is the fleet loadout that overrule the single ship ones. I guess that is the reason why my fleeted troop transports load up one transport with 3 armor, and another with 6 normal troops. They work towards the overall fleet loadout.

I usually pay more attention to what I drop compared to what they load. If the target is well defended, I just check the fleet troop strength if it appears to maybe be enough, and drop whatever it got. And make sure to buy some armor and special forces in the first place.
