Status: offline 		This button doesn't work for me. I'm using the Steam version.

I haven't played a CC game since LD, so there's some new stuff I need to learn. Somehow.

and you can also find it in your [Steam]\SteamApps\common\Close Combat - Gateway to Caen\Manuals folder

Do you mean the BOOTCAMP? If so, you have to choose Allies/British to play the Bootcamp.
