I can't build Rusan/Danuta/Casidor wonders on the same/on another planet, after I scrap them. The game doesn't let me.
They are not showing up on the "Build Wonders" list

I think you need to wait a month or two for it to become available again.

There is also a problem with research panel. It doesn't reflect the actual bonuses from these locations, even if the empire summary screen is showing correct information.
