Title is self explanatory - how do i remove this damn Ruin effect ??
I hate this thing, messes up my early game exploration, spoils existence of any civilizations etc.
How do i remove this or make this have like 0.000000000001 % chance ???

BTW : awesome game, i love when a game has this much modding potential :)
