I finished building the Bakuras shipyards on my owned colony as a pirate and shortly afterwards a different nation started to build it, too. If I check the tech tree it does not state "WONDER ALREADY BUILT" like it usually does.

This ones already been reported. Also, pirates do not even gain benefits from many of the wonders they build, such as the research-oriented ones.

Even more amusing, this allows pirates to build all the wonders on every planet they own, quite exploitative.
