I ask this because the game seems unable to distinguish between my design "CST-2 Trucker" and "CST-2 Trucker II", cancelling my retrofit orders for ships with the former design (because it has "already" been retrofitted) and saying I can't edit the latter because the design is in use, when it isn't yet.

Clearly there's something I'm not understanding.
