SA-N-7 are flying to targets at high altitude at 9 m, like real seaskimmer...

Perhaps it is because of my experience with Dangerous Waters and other Sonalysts games, but I'm a bit surprised as to how many even fairly modern AAW systems are vulnerable to sea-skimmers. Sure the SA-N-7 isn't exactly the SM-6 guided by Aegis or the SA-N-6, but is it really that helpless against a few Harpoons over flat sea?

These things are very difficult to prove, however public documentation seems to indicate that illumination (Fire Dome) radar is poor when targets are below 15m....
