Im looking for a scenario that will do a basic test against the S-300VM or S-400 missile system. Does anyone have one, or is it easier to make one myself (although I have not ever made one and really dont know where to begin, how to make it active, etc..) I would want to try out several different options, using UAVs, F35s, F18s, etc.. any help is appreciated!!

There are a number. The best one to toy with would be Baloogan's Crimean War Episodes: Operation Tiger Rifle, where you're up against 2 S-400 and circa 5 S-300PS. If you're looking for something a bit more low-key, you'll likely run across a S-300VM in Caribbean Crisis - The Showdown, when you get close to the Venezuelan mainland.

If you're looking for difficulty, though, go for the Crimean War one, as it includes a large number of EWR sites that make EW much, much harder.

I have one that is nearing completion that is a Red Flag 2017 scenario. In it you face 2 x SA-10B, 1x SA-20 and multiple SA-15, SA-22, SA-11, SA-17, SA-19, Crotale NG and Roland 3.

Own assets include F-22, f-35, B-2, F-16, F-15E, F/A-18E, Typhoon, E/A-18G etc.

Will post a link here when it is uploaded (should be in one and a half to two weeks or so)

After that will be Red Flag 2020 with multiple 10s, 20s and 21s.

Operation Bass Drum also features several variants of the S-300 system on the Iranian side.

Like I said it is not full up S-400 style but it may be a start for you. It does give you a lot of different blue assets to play with. Red Flag 2020 will be my next project. That might be more of what you are looking for.
