I have been working on a mod that takes place in Vietnam (time unspecified). Any thoughts, comments, ideas, etc. are always welcome.

On a side note...does any have know of a good shadow sprite editor? I tried CCVehShEdit, but for some reason my modified shadows do not repack.

Anyway, hope you enjoy the idea of my mod!
