Hi all, after years of being away from Harpoon (both tabletop and PC), I quite accidentally stumbled across this awesome spiritual successor about a week ago, and have been knee-deep in playing and creating scenarios since then. As I started to do so, I've come across a few things I'd like to be able to accomplish, but I'm not certain if I'm just not looking in the right places, or if it's not currently possible. If some of these aren't possible, then please consider this my suggestion/new feature list. - I'd like to set an AI attacking force (ex: a pair of Osa IIs) to shoot & scoot. i.e. Fire off all four 2Bs then turn tail and run. Any way to accomplish this? The winchester ROE doesn't seem to have an effect on ships. - I'd also like to be able to have an event action that lets me switch a unit's mission. I don't mean activate a mission, I mean take a unit that's already on one mission and switch it to a different mission based on an event. I doubt this is currently possible, but thought I'd throw it out there anyway. - AND conditions for multiple triggers on an event. I saw a forum post stating that this wasn't in there at the moment, so consider this one my official "pretty please" for this feature. - An action to set flags/custom defined mission variables, and associated triggers and conditions to check them. I know you can simulate some of this with adding points to a computer-only side, and firing the associated point trigger, but I imagine that could get unwieldy in larger scenarios. - Lastly, and this one is likely blue-sky and would require substantial changes to the eventing system, mutually exclusive events. We have percentages for individual events i.e. Event A has a 50% chance of firing and Event B has a 50% chance of firing, but I'd like to be able to say that one or the other HAS to fire. i.e. An event is going to fire, but there's a 50/50 chance of it being either A or B. Again, I know with some clever computer-side point manipulation you could probably simulate this Thanks for taking the time to read my wall-o-text, and thanks for bringing this great game back to life!
