The Slukens at Ovadeu overthrew my rule after I'd just invaded them. Two of the three troops I had there are still being counted as there according to my troops screen, although they don't show up in the list of troops in the bottom left info area when I click on the planet. I was able to disband them from my troops management screen w/o a problem.
