Well, he will only REALLY be back when Eric realizes the mutiny he faces from the millions of Slaak fans.

I had to edit the first post three times because it appeared I was flat out saying Slaakman was back. I had three windows open when creating a new thread and I submitted the first draft without reading.

ANYWAY, we should go on strike till Slaak is back.

You got me confused here I thought the Slaak was back.
Well to be honest I don't know he'll be back this time.
Sure was fun though, guess he stepped on too many toes

For sure, we are missing important notices like; Pope Benedict XVI really retired because personnel at the Vatican Observatory were ready to reveal that aliens really do exist. Yes, for that and many more announcements. It was fun.

I do miss Slaakman and I think it is time to let him return. If he wants to return that is.

Edit: And he might bring some additional fun to the MWIF forum.

isn't there some "babe" thread that he has to keep up? My Illuminati education will sure to suffer if he doesn't return. It's my guess that it won't be hard to tell he's back.

This is funny, but I don't miss the guy one bit. I had him squelched.

Yes he was fun. Nutty, but harmless.

I always like to keep around people who are "different" from the rest of us-it is a lesson a minute. He pestered the hell out of me, but it was entertaining as hell.

I know. I have been lost without his news updates. What do I do now? Listen to George Noory on Coast to Coast? I am struggling here. We must get Eric to bring him back and even make him a moderator.

Oh, forgot to respond to you. Learning from mistakes is just not something in Slaakmans makeup. We need him here to let us know each time President Obama and Osama bin Laden meet with aliens to discuss relocating the moon!!!

He was harmless and amusing. It is a shame you felt the need to have him "squelched", you could have just ignored him.

To be fair it is really, really difficult to ignore the big green Slaak. He is like bigfoot walking into your house. You see him and just can't stop looking. Wait, he is actually more like a bad car accident. We all look on in wonder. So Slaakman helps all of us satisfy our need to be astounded.

Well there is a little green button that lets you block this guy and hide his messages. But some see the need to censor him for all of us.

come on, we haven't heard the term newblet since he left and his silly...what was it...starcraft challenges. I can see where people might be bothered by some of his posts, you could show him the line, again and again and he would still cross it just because. All in All I don't take forum stuff that seriously, but thats just me. Besides, some of his posts made me chuckle.

Chuckle is just what I did. I will admit he got a little crazy most of the time but I found him very funny. It would be nice to just let him back with a message to everyone that he can be ignored if someone does not like his rants. There are a few members(just a few) that are somewhat rude and insulting, but I just don't engage them. Squashing people like that is just a little extreme.

BRING HIM BACK Eric. Please.

Exactly, we need some chaos to balance our boring seriousness.

We want Slaak. If he is not allowed back I will go on a hunger strike.

Gotta get back to Hearthstone and CTGW-playing both at same time.

That's what I did, I used the term squelched because I'm used to doing that with radios. But in the forums I had him on the green button and ignored.

Sorry Jeffrey H. I read that wrong. I thought you actively campaigned to remove him and were taking credit for his banishment.
If the forum owners want anyone banned, that is up to them. What irks me is when forum members decide someone should be banned when it is
within their power to respond to or ignore them.

I agree abut members getting someone banned. It is so easy to just ignore them. I ignore the members on certain game threads who arrogantly insult you because you simply disagree with others about a game.

And how sad is it that he can't participate in the World in Flames forum. He loved that game so much. Always talked so much about the Vassal play. Now the computer version is out. Poor Slaak can't participate in his beloved game. . This sad story has almost brought me to tears.

Do the right thing and ask, beg or demand that Eric let him back. We miss and need him.

The green button does not stop harassing PMs. Nor does it stop his posts from showing up if you quote them

I received HUGE numbers of pm's from Slaak. Sometimes they were entertaining. Some were serious and normal. It's easy to delete pm's. I just don't understand being so easily annoyed. And yes, he has stepped on my last never many times but I never, ever thought of demanding he be banned. Wow.
