Status: offline 		I'm playing a campaign, mid-1942 as the Allies. Two of my airbases, Koumac and Akyab, are showing up as red and I cannot withdraw or disband the air units there. Akyab I can understand, I guess; there's a nuisance Japanese land unit there that I cannot dislodge, but the nearest enemy land unit to Koumac is at Lunga. Koumac is a SW Pacific base; Akyab is a Burma Force base. What's causing these bases to not allow disbanding?

Status: offline 		I think there is a minimum supply requirement for withdrawing / disbanding air groups.
