I bounced around on a lot of videos and interviews - I get the impression it's nominally capable of about 40 kts.

Proposed configuration:

40-45 KTS top speed
Loadout: say 6 Griffin AShms and a 14 round APKWS
Short range SSR plus an OTH ESM - really really neat ISR capability
EO/IR capability (to designate the Griffins and the APKWS rounds)
And a small enough capability to launch a short-range hand-held size drone.

The tough part would be estimating what kind of RCS this would have. Since it's operating on supercavitating pods that are always underwater, there's no rooster tail to speak of even at max speed.
