why I see not other empire except my kingdom ?

Can you explain more about the situation? Does this happen when ever you start a new game? Are you selecting other empires to play against? Need more to work with here.

Just note when starting a new game you won't have knowledge of other races until you encounter them or buy/aquire contact info from pirates. So starting out unless you are playing the Ancients scenario/map you shouldn't know where other empies are located at game start.
