How is the building power of a unit being calculated? I have made a test with three units (2 Inf, 1 Cav) under a Korps HQ.

The building levels were
Inf 25
Cav 20
Inf 27

I have added one pioneer and one RR-Bgd to the Corps. One turn later the levels increased:
Inf 36 (+11)
Cav 24 (+4)
Inf 36 (+9)

This is a total increase of 24. But the building levels of the two units together are 38 (20 the pioneers and 18 the RR). Why isn't their total power given to the units? Do I have any influence on this?
