IS there anyone that has close to a "historical" setup for the global war campaign? I thought it might be interesting to start a game with units as close to their historical positions as possible.

There is a fast start GW setup but I have no idea how close that is to historical.

I thought there was a thread on this when the game first came out. The naval vessels will be quite easy to place, but the land and air units will be difficult to place with any great accuracy because of the scale of the game and the abstract nature of the units.
