I downloaded DB3000 IMAGES(May-26, 2014 version) .Do i have to download CWDB IMAGES(Mar-15, 2014 version) and DB3000 & CWDB DESCRIPTIONS(Dec-30 2013 version) also or is the latest download complete?

They are all separate things.

DB3000 and CWDB Images just add pictures to the database viewer for each db.

The descriptions files are for both. Please be sure to follow instructions on the webpage you got them from.
