Fred just released an OOB Dump utility. That will allow you to export the info. www.freds.webprovider.com

Hi, all I’m looking for a tool that can give me a printout or a spreadsheet of my units in a scenario or a campaign. I’ve searched the forum but this topic was the only one whit any relation to my problem. Sorry to say the link didn’t work so it didn’t help me anyway. Does anyone have an idea about this? I have used Ectizens ”MapThing” and it’s a wonderful tool, but I would like to have a printout of my troops to use along whit the map. A printout from Chlandas SPWaWeditor would have been a great thing, but as far as I know Mr. Chlanda doesn’t feel too good right now and probably won’t do any features with his program. If anybody have any ideas, please let me know. /Lars

something to do, but atleast a start: Open Fred's OOB -editor and load OOB file to it. Save it as *.cvs -file and load export/load that file in excel. I've done sometime ago, so I am not sure was *.cvs-file but option is in the editor. And first time you'll have pretty much doing, but once you've done excel-sheet and named it as OOB-sheet or what ever, you can load in to it any *.cvs -file. mosh

Yes, unfortunatley Fred has sufferd a stroke and is looking at a lengthy rehabilitation that may take him out of programming. We have all of Freds SP:WaW tools included in the v5 package, The OOB dump as well as several others, with instructional sections in the manual on their use. We hope and pray that Fred makes a full recovery, but offer our most gratefull thanks for what he has done!

Thanks for the tip, but there's a lot of handy work to get something out of it. I have only found three columns that give me any kind of information and that's '00, '77 and '78. No info on which unit it is, i.e. A1, C3 and so on. Neither any info about which units are reinforcement or which turn and at what location they will arrive. But I guess I have to settle with that for the time being. :( Thanks for the input anyway. ;) /Lars
