Playing as german with 1.07.15 after a few months playing soviets.
GC41

I appear to not be able to move German Armies from one AG to another German AG. Is it supposed to be verboten? Or a bug? I have 83 APs, so I would think it'd be enough, but maybe not?
I could have sworn I had done it in the past...

I think you don't have enough AP.

You should be able to do it but probably don't have enough points. When you click on the HQ of the of the Army you want to transfer and no other choices show up I'm pretty sure that means you don't have enough points.

OK that must be the APs then. Wow I didn't think / remember it takes upwards to 100 APs to move an Army on the German side.
I'll experiment with more APs

From what I remember, you need to have 90 AP, but once you execute the change of command, it often costs less than that, depending on admin values of leaders in command
