Why do I only have the option of closing certain windows such as the message log (if I have it in a separate window) or the unit speed and altitude window? I'd like to be able to minimize them and keep them available more quickly (for me) than the current means.

Sorry if this has been asked earlier. I looked for a thread on it and couldn't find one.

I just purchased the game just 2 weeks ago, and while I've been playing it every spare second I get, this bothers me too. I'd like to be able to minimize the message log at the very least as it would make playing on my laptop much easier.

Edit: Geez, no I was apparently having a brain fart. I can indeed minimize the log window. I do wish I could minimize all of the windows though.

Another thing that would be nice is the ability to copy text from the database, because I'm lazy. I really enjoy googling things I find in the database. These are minor nitpicks. I know very little about modern air and naval operations so I'm having a ball learning as I play.

You guys cannot minimize the Message log?

What does it look like compared to this:

Then please make it optional. I like all windows to be one thread. BTW if you close e.g. the databaseviewer or the mission editor should focus the map automatically.

Nope, I don't get the minimize bar on my message log window. Odd!
