Hello, I noticed 2 new bugs or at least I think they are bugs with the latest patch.
When GE DOW Poland your resolve the USE chits then they get a second round of chits so US could get 2 to 4 chits, fairly expensive.
Secondly, if China passes but Russia does a combined, you cannot move the Communist Chinese, this maybe correct but I never seen it before in past games.

The first is a very serious new bug, that will be fixed in the next patch.

The second is RAW:

The Soviet player always controls the Chinese communist units and their activities count against Soviet activity limits. Partisans in China are always Chinese communist units.

Clarification: Communist Chinese units may not move if China takes a Pass action. This is true even if the USSR does not Pass. If the USSR is incompletely or completely conquered, the Communist Chinese activity limits are ½ that of the USSR.
