Is the choice of tactics in which such ships destroyers include not long in battle and fight like little attacking move eg torpedoes and go away? simply interested torpedo attacks on the road.

No. The only influence you have on the duration of battle is how aggressive the commander is and how strong your force is compared to the enemy. A low aggression commander with a smaller/weaker force will retreat earlier.

Other options include forces with transports or carriers will attempt to avoid combat but that won't give you what you are looking for.

How sad that there is no simulation game. I would like to give the order to suit the shooting torpedoes at the ships to retreat.
