Yogi, right off hand I can't think of any detailed maps of the area, depending on the scale you want.
Larger maps are around.
"To Bizerte with the 2 Corps," CMH, is a great one, lots of good pics of terrain and some nice maps.
"Kasserine Pass," BLumenson, is another great one, with some more detailed topographical maps.
"The Atlas of WW2," (West Point Series) has good general maps.
"The US Army in WW2, Northwest Africa," (CMH) is also a very good one with some nice maps.
A number of books on the fighting in NA that go to 1943 have good maps.
And we have some pretty decent Tunisias maps available in SPWAW in the maps section, if you have version 4.5
