HQ TF Herd best unit in whole Brigade

Status: offline 		I´ve just finished the scenario NM_AS A Test of Wills. I played as NATO.It was really nice. After a tactical success, i looked who was the best unit. It was the HQ TF Herd, equipped with three M577A2.
They killed:

6 Recon
11 Tanks
6 Mechs
4 Infantry
1 SPAT
1 AT
9 HQ
1 Transport


How did they do that? They do not have the ability to kill tanks (or do they have?)
