As requested, there is the screenshot. I was going to upload the scenario save file as requested but your forum does not support your own .scen files...

After spending a couple hours in a scenario, the whole game slows right down, with 1-2 seconds between pulses. I close the game and open it again, and I get about 30 seconds further before it starts again. Then finally the game will crash and give me the error I linked or some other longer ones that I'm yet to get a screen shot of.

The the two hours I've put into this scenario are now wasted, plus the hours I've put into other scenarios that have met the same fate. Is there a setting I can change to get back to playing or is this a fatal error in the program ?
If it helps, i7 377k @4.6 Ghz, GTX 670, 8gb 2400Mhz RAM, running off an SSD.

STKS, try add scenario file to the *.zip archive and then it will be possible to upload it in to the forum. Thanks.
And after the game crash you can try continue from the autosave.

Pretty sure we resolved this one in the coming update but feel free to zip and upload.

Matrix owns the site, admins the forum and as far as I know no developer's files work. This is probably ok as the upload dialog tells you what files are ok to upload.

Thanks!

Mike

mikkey - unfortunatekly re launching only solves the problem for 30 seconds or so, then it comes back.

could you also point me in the direction of the zip archive ? i had a scan of thread titles and cant see anything about it.

mikmyk - sounds good, will the fix be retroactive or will it only apply to saves made after the update ? ( its a pretty close game, I dont want to abandon it)

Should be retroactive.

Thanks!
