Discontinued but here's to hoping.

I just dug up this old game (spurred by recent purchases from the Matrix store, no less!) and updated to v2.5 but is agonizingly slow on my Win8.1 laptop. For instance, when I click on a base, it takes nearly 10 seconds for the info to show up!

Please advise!
