Hello All.
Quite some time ago I had re-done laser sizes based on my personal preferences, and combined it with another weapon effects mod, which I can't remember that mods name unfortunately, however this mod is just mine without those other persons effects.
Basically I found lasers looked too large and bulky, and I prefer a smaller more 'square-ish' laser, similar to the lasers from Star Wars.
So I re-did the lasers, this was at least a year ago.
Now I've felt like getting into Distant Worlds (Universe) again, but some of the weapon effects have changed, so I've updated/re-created the mod to the new version of the games specifications.
Let me know if anyone runs into any bugs or issues with it.
I've re-sized 7 lasers in total. 2 of them Troop lasers.

You may want to back up the old lasers first, if so go to your DW directory:
Distant Worlds Universe/images/effects/weapons .. copy the weapons folder and paste it, so it creates a weapons -Copy.
Then extract the .rar I uploaded into the effects/ folder, it should ask to overwrite your old weapons folder with the new one. Overwrite.
It should work after that; with old saves as well I believe.
