This article written to introduce RAAF personnel to the capabilities and role of the RAAF's soon-to-be force of EA-18 Growlers makes for interesting reading, and provides a useful introduction to modern electronic warfare: http://airpower.airforce.gov.au/Publications/Details/592/The-EA-18G-Growler-Force-Level-Electronic-Warfare-in-the-ADF.aspx

I found the elements where the author reflects on the complexity of the aircraft and their role to be particularly interesting - it's notable that the RAAF is expecting that the process of introducing the aircraft into service will take around five years due to the amount of training required.
