I just noticed that from city menu you can mark damaged targets priority repair and spend admin points. Game manual don’t tell anything about how this feature actually works?

How much priority repair speed up repairs? Does it consume extra supplies or other resources? Is there any negative impact if you mark a lot of target priority repairs I mean does it slow up repairs of other targets?

The manual does say something about this. It says an HQ will dispatch a construction engineer to that hex rather than to, say, a rail line. So indirectly it costs you in repairs on other targets, but not a lot.

The manual also advises you to turn off priority repair once the hex gets close to full repair, since the priority repair may not help and is still costing you resources.

The cost itself: supplies. (This last bit was confirmed by a dev here.)

Hope this helps.

Yeah it helps. If I remember right parking units on the damaged cities hex also speed up repairs if those units generate construction points?

I quote the Manual: "Port and Railyard Factory Priority Repair
Hexes with depots will automatically attempt to find
construction units to attempt priority repairs on
ports and railyards in the hex. This does not cost
APs and it will not have the factory item flagged with
an asterisk (only player directed priority repairs will
flag the factory item in the city detail window). This
function is lower priority than any player directed
priority repairs. Both the HQ unit supplying the
construction unit and the location being repaired
must be in supply.
Damaged ports and railyards at depots will only get
automatic priority repair from a construction support
unit if the item is damaged at over 30 percent, (if a port
and railyard, then if the combined damage is over 30%
then it will try to get help). Also, for repairs at depots,
a construction unit can split it’s time to help repair
both the port and the railyard, with the port getting the
priority between the two".

21.2.4 in the manual has a lot of details about priority repairs.
