In the "Salerno to Rome 43-44" scenario, during turn two (!), the Italian armoured division Ariete II was partially re-equipped with US and British tanks, tank destroyers and armoured cars, as you can see in the attached screenshot.

So what? One might say. It's common knowledge that US and British weapons and equipment was widely used by Italian units fighting alongside the Western Allies.

But, in this case, we're talking about a division, hundred of miles inside German lines, that was fleeing from after being mauled in a futile attempt to defend Rome, just a few days after Italian surrender. There's no way they had the time to reequip and train with Shermans, Wolverines etc., not to mention the fact that it was impossible for them to get all these AFVs, even if the Allied HQ was crazy enough to ship them to the port hex the division is currently occupying.

Maybe barring WA Italian units the use of western equipment before a certain date will easily fix this bug.

The reason it is swapping out devices is because the unit is in supply and there are ample new devices.
I have raised this a possible bug (or at least as a weird case) for couple of reasons.
