Hi, Enrico Thanks for your post and sorry if it was missed in the Ageod forum. First of all let me tell you that although part of the AJE team I have no deep historical knowledge of city sites and names. That "department" is handled by Phil Thibaut and ElNino, maybe they can give you a more specific answer. Nevertheless, let me tell you that there are some data that is almost hard-coded and impossible to change. The name ("alias") that is recognized by the engine for each region was defined very early and is set "in stone". A good example is region #318. It was named initially as "Durocorturum". Later in beta it was recognized as a mistake, the more appropriate spelling being "Durocortorum". So, now, although the region name is still "Durocorturum" in the region tooltip, the city name is "Durocortorum". Not ideal, for sure, but arguably better...But the engine only recognizes "Durocorturum", and all relevant scripts have to have this spelling to work properly. Now imagine we moved Mediolanum city to region #341 as you suggest. Even if we had the resources to do that for all problematic regions and then make sure to avoid issues in all scenarios and scripted events (and unfortunately we don't), the end result would be: Region #341 name (alias) would still be "Novaria" and that would show in the tooltip, but would have a city named "Mediolanum". Conversely, region #343 name (alias) would remain "Mediolanum", because that is not changeable, but maybe would have a city named "Bergomum"... . IMHO, that would be far worst than what we have now... Anyhow, sorry if mistakes were made. Thanks for your post, and merry Christmas
