Yes, the Chinese are building more aircraft carriers. That will bring the total number of such vessels in their fleet to four. Not too shabby! I'm guessing, if they start building them now, that they would be ready around the time the next Ford-class carrier is ready, early 2020s, maybe?

Aircraft satellite system retrofit for air force
Each aircraft is being equipped with advanced beyond line-of-sight satellite communications systems.
The systems provide improved intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capability to support Canada’s international military requirements, the company said in a news release.
The technology provides for secure high-speed data streaming from the aircraft via satellite in areas far from familiar ground stations.
The radar MDA (now ATK) has developed for the CP-140 has been given the nomenclature AN/APS-508. The hardware and enhanced maritime surveillance modes are provided by Telephonics Corporation. The imaging resolution of the radar is less than 1m, and the GMTI uses 3-channels of Space Time Adaptive Processing (STAP) for improved target detection, localization, and jamming suppression. The radar is fully integrated with a new Identification Friend or Foe Interrogator (IFFI), the AN/UPX-505.
upgrades will add a Link 16 Datalink, a Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS – satellite) communications system, and a Self-Defence Suite.
The US DSCA announces Canada’s official export request for AN/AAQ-24(V) Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures (LAIRCM) self-defense suite and associated equipment, in order to equip their CP-140 Aurora fleet. LAIRCM is used to defeat infrared-guided missiles, which are generally shoulder-fired. That’s very useful if an aircraft is doing battlefield surveillance below 15,000 feet, and even maritime patrol over key strategic areas may become risky if portable anti-aircraft missiles continue to proliferate.
T-2465 AN/AAQ-24(V) Guardian Laser Transmitter Assemblies (GLTA), 52 R-2675 AN/AAQ-24(V) Next Generation Missile Approach Warning Sensors (MAWS), and 16 CP-2793 AN/AAQ-24(V) LAIRCM System Processors. The order also includes the usual spare and repair parts,
will add a Link 16 Datalink, a Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS – satellite) communications system, and a Self-Defence Suite to all 14 aircraft that will continue serving in the fleet. data base has the two tanker converted aircraft but we have 2 for troop transport and 1 for transporting our government members 5 in total.
tankers are CC-150T
others are CC-150

The older CC-130s are used in a wide variety of roles, from tactical transport to aerial refueling and even search and rescue.

The A-6 in the DB have no such loadout, does anyone have more specific info about what variant had ITALD capability, in what time period and how many they may have carried?

Seems like 6 A-6E variants uses ADM-141A TALD in the DB: http://wiki.baloogancampaign.com/index.php/DataWeapon?ID=1865

For example:

I thus suggest to replace the "#1450 - MU-90 Impact" in dutch aircraft and ships' stores, mounts and magazines by the "#1647 - Mk46 NEARTIP Mod 5 -- 1984".

    Status: offline     		Wanted to flag a minor loadout issue I noticed while playing "Caribbean Crisis - The Showdown." The loadout for the Netherlands F-16 carrying the RECEELITE pod has an inconsistency between the description and actual loadout. The text in the loadout description list a AN/ALQ-131 pod, but the actual loadout does not include the pod. The issue occurs in both the F-16AM Falcon MLU (2008) and the F-16BM Falcon MLU (2015) in DB3000 Build 416 . If it helps the DB number is #1821 for the 2008 F-16 and #3273 for the 2015 version. BTW, it is a great little scenario.

The AH-64D without FCR is capable of launching the Longbow Hellfire missile. "

    Currently, only the Longbow equipped AH-64D is in the database. Recommend the non-Longbow AH-64D also be included.

Modification is to purchase 3000 JDAM tail kits that have the ultra-tightly coupled capability for the Israeli Air Force. Work will be performed at St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed by Nov. 30, 2016. This contract is 100-percent foreign military sales. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity.

    about Ka-27PL and Ka-28 (all database entry)

    in database this ASW helicopters use RGB-75 this is wrong
    russian sonobouys used not separately but in standart "cartridge"
    and RGB-75 "cartridge" is to big for Ka-27PL bay


    Ka-27PL and Ka-28 use RGB-NM-1 "cartridges"

    as you can see there is 18 RGB-NM-1 in one "cartridge"

    also for some reasons in database not presented so called "Full Search" loadout with two RGB-NM-1 "cartridge" (36 RGB-NM-1)


    in Ka-27PL bay there is two attachment point so loadouts should look like: RGB-NM-1"cartridge"/torpedo , two RGB-NM-1 "cartridges" or two torpedoes

    Could you make the necessary changes in database please

    Question regarding sonobuoy loadout. Virtually every other P-3 variant in the CWDB carries 100 passive buoy´s and 40 active, while this one carries 40 and 40.

    DB error or actual historical loadout?

    In Western standards:
    A-Size =1
    A-Strech = 1 + longer lenght.
    B-Size = 1 + bigger diameter.
    G-Size =1/2 x A (half lenght than A-Size)(Denominated A/2 size in France).
    F-Size =1/3 X A (one third of lenght than A-Size)(Denominated A/3 size in France).

    I think the common values of 84-87 in P-3 are referred to A-Size.
    For years working on a sonobuoys table, but the data are very scarce.

    As idea of reduction in size, the Soviet RGB-N Iva (1955) was of 45 kg weight, and later with the same performances the RGB-NM Chinara (1961) was of only 15 Kg weight.
