Hi. checking production overlay, i see 0 dam to u-boat factories.
Checking details, i see damage to several. A display bug?

Damaged: Number of factory points that produce that particular item that have suffered fifty percent or greater damage.

You'r right, as per section 26.3.3.2 of the manual.
