Status: offline 		I decided to get back into WitE, after a couple years off. I downloaded the latest patch last night.

Are there enough changes that the manual is too obsolete to rely on? Is the manual ever updated?

I remember a number of years ago having a question in WitP and learning that the rules had completely changed from what was in the manual.
