Still trying to get better at setting up search arcs for plane. When I put in lets say 30 degrees, and I hit set on map, then it will show u the search arc on the map. What button do u hit to exit? Everytime I hit left or right mouse button it sets a different arc on the map. I don't understand. If I like the search pattern, is there a different key to hit to accept?

Once they are set you need do nothing more. Just move to other things you want to do. It is auto accept and if you don't like it THEN you take action otherwise it will go into effect as is set.......

You click the left button to set the start of the arc and the right button to set the end. Once you set the end, the selection ends and you go back to the previous screen.

Wouldn't that presuppose you are having the search conducted clockwise? Remember you can ask that it be conducted counter clockwise which has its uses in certain circumstances.

Except be cognizant of the fact that the arc range you set will only be met on turns when all the planes are available.

Planes disabled due to damage and/or maintenance will reduce the coverage you set by one arc slice per plane.
