I started a new game with latest beta patch and full campaign CV version (more
accurate cv values).

First turn went quite well and I managed to do quite good start.

Second turn, supply is messed up. OKH and all main HQ:s are low or without
supply (red)! I don't think, this should be like this. A bug perhaps?

Yip Same problem here, I've had a unit sitting in Berlin for the month of September 1941 and it's supply hasn't increased above 38%! In fact the entire army is between 35 and 44%. Supply is now completely messed.

OKH simply had too much extra so they didn't ask for more on turn 2. Once they use up supplies, they will ask for more and then you will see more data appear in that window.

I repeat again this is only a cosmetic issue. If you are around 40% then you are actually at 100%. Will be changed in next patch.

OKH didin't have too much supply, if it is totally empty at round 2. Waiting for a patch like no tomorrow. Don't wanna mess up my fresh game.

85 (in unit now) + 126 (consumed this turn) = 211, 211 > 210 (required)

No supply needed when supply requests were made, so no supply requested, sent or received.
